Cancellation Policy

Reservation Fee A non-refundable USD $20 per person reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee covers YumBook’s platform and management service. Table Deposit Some premium restaurants may require an additional deposit (USD $30–$50 per guest). Once your booking is accepted, you’ll receive a payment link within 5 days. If not paid at least 30 days before the reserved date, the booking may be cancelled. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill, or fully refunded if the restaurant cannot confirm. Cancellation & Refunds The USD $20 YumBook service fee is non-refundable. Restaurant deposits are refundable as follows: - More than 48 hours before: Full refund - 24–48 hours before: 50% refund - Within 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable - Unconfirmed booking: Full automatic refund Please note: Refunds exclude any card or transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
